Therapies, done with a therapist or counselor, include behavior therapy, which involves controlling undesired behavior; cognitive therapy, which involves changing negative thought patterns; cognitive-behavior therapy; and relaxation and calming techniques, such as breathing, massage and aromatherapy. If you don't like the idea of medicines and therapy, you can opt for natural remedies - paying attention to your diet, and taking proper exercise. The blood sugar levels are very important when you want to control your anxiety. There are also some dietary supplements that you can take, like vitamin B complex, to help control anxiety disorders. While they can be difficult to handle, there are ways you can manage anxiety disorders, if you try.
