* The best part about following this diet is that you can eat fried and fatty stuff at least once a week. Following this diet strictly throughout the week will help keep your body away from damage in terms of weight gain.

It would be important to mention that having the right attitude will help a great deal. In order to be able to fin success, the perspective of the right and the wrong should be there. Also, motivation is a must.
