Changes in lifestyle will be required but it is no big deal. It is the most natural treatment in the world ! Some experts have estimated that a reduction of blood pressure can be obtained if you consume the right dose of garlic every day - even by as much as 5-10%. This is with just one change in your diet. The problem of bad breath can be solved if you get garlic capsules which are gastro-resistant from your pharmacy.

Potassium and magnesium are essential nutrients for the human organsim and are a great ally in the blood pressure war. You can find lots of potassium rich foods such as bananas, oranges, broccoli, cauliflower, squash and asparagus. Magnesium is contained in good quantities in bananas, potatoes, nuts, whole grain rice and wheat germ.

Red meat has not had a good health report lately and there are many reasons for this.Certainly it is not good for the arteries.
