Weight Loss Solution

Research in the United States indicates that obesity and rates of people being overweight are skyrocketing. 11% of children, for example, are obese, according to statistics. 50% of women between 20 and 74 are overweight or obese, statistics also say. Figures for men in all age groups are similar. A reliable weight loss solution is needed.

There are health risks associated with being overweight, the main issue being heart disease and the risk of heart attacks. Bear in mind, though, that only a doctor can determine if you are overweight as everyone's body is different because of the fat and muscle ratio to body weight. Be careful about dieting, then, as a doctor's okay is a prerequisite before starting an established, reliable weight loss solution.

Don't make the mistake of following traditional ways of trying to lose weight. There is no need to drastically lower your calorie intake, or to virtually starve yourself, combined with vigorous exercise.
